The Order Covers The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Residential And Service Building With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Reconstruction Of The Commune Office Building2.The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Three-Story Building With Residential Premises (9 Pieces) On All Floors And Commercial Premises And Technical Rooms On The Ground Floor. There Will Be A Staircase In The Central Part Of The Building, Which Will Provide Access To The 1St And 2Nd Floors To The Residential Premises And To The Rear Of The Building. Behind The Staircase There Will Be A Boiler Room, And At The Entrance There Will Be A Technical Room. The Newly Constructed Facility Should Have A Flat And Gable Roof, With A Reinforced Concrete Structure In The Flat Part And Wooden Beams In The Sloping Part. The Gable Roof Should Be Covered With Ceramic Roof Tiles In A Natural Ceramic Color.
