Development Of Technical Documentation And Assembly Of 15 Photovoltaic Installations In 14 Facilities.5.2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And In The Contract Template Annex No. 11 To The Swz.5.3 Installation Of Photovoltaic Installations In Educational Facilities In Łódź, Stage 1, Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Co-Financing Contract No. Feld.02.06-Iz.00-0012/25 Of March 31, 2026 From The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional European Funds For Łódź Program 2021-202711.6. Contractors Certificate: 11.6.1. Obtaining Certification Of Public Procurement Contractors And Using The Certificate Is Not Required By The Ordering Party As A Condition For Applying For The Contract Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Instead Of Appropriate Subjective Evidence, Submit A Certificate Confirming The Certification Of Public Procurement Contractors As To Not Being Subject To Exclusion Or Meeting The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure. 11.6.3. The Certificate Replaces The Subjective Evidence Only To The Extent That Its Content Confirms The Grounds For Exclusion Or The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure Required By The Ordering Party. 11.6.4 By Means Of Subjective Evidence Indicated In Swz.11.6.5. The Certificate Does Not Replace The Declaration Referred To In Article 125(1) Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Certificate Does Not Confirm The Events Referred To In Article 4(3) Of The Certification Act, Which Occurred In This Procedure. 11.6.8 Pzp And Swz Is Obliged To Submit Subjective Evidence Replaced By A Certificate.11.6.9. The Ordering Party Verifies The Authenticity, Validity Period, Status And Scope Of The Certification As Well As The Authorization Of The Certifying Entity In The Database On The Certification Of Public Procurement Contractors Or Consents To Its Disclosure To The Ordering Party By The Certifying Entity.11.6.11. The Contractor Who Refers To The Certification Granted To Him In The Proceedings Is Obliged To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About The Cessation Of Compliance With The Conditions For Granting The Certification, The Suspension Of Its Validity, The Loss Of Validity Of The Certification Or The Limitation Of Its Scope - In Whole Or In Part, Respectively.
