If In Any Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract The Ordering Party Referred To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed, Subject To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act. 4. If The Ordering Party Refers In The Order Documents To A Trademark, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Assumed That The Ordering Party Indicated Only The Required Parameters, Quality, Functionality And In This Respect, Contractors May Perform The Order Using Materials With Equivalent Parameters.5.
