The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Laboratory Testing Services For The Needs Of The Independent Public Municipal Health Care Center In Lipnica Murowana.2.The Service Of Performing Laboratory Tests Referred To In Section 1 Should Be Performed In A Way That Guarantees The Highest Quality, In Accordance With The Act Of September 15, 2022 On Laboratory Medicine (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1295, As Amended), The Requirements Of Good Laboratory Practice (Glp) And Good Manufacturing Practice (Gmp), As Well As Medical Knowledge.3.The Tests Ordered By The Ordering Party Should Be Performed In Accordance With Currently Applicable Legal Regulations In A Manner Consistent With The Principles Of Modern Medical Knowledge, Using Reagents And Consumables That Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620, As Amended) Reported To The President Of The Office For Registration Of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices And Products Biocides, Medical Equipment And Qualified Personnel. 4.
