The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Olszewo-Borki In The Scope Of Adapting The Basement Floor To Serve As An Emergency Shelter Along With The Expansion With An Emergency Exit As Part Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Basement Of The Gok Building In Olszewo-Borki To Mds, Reconstruction Area Of Approx. 280 M2. The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Part Basement Of The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center (Gok), Together With Changes In The Land Development Design To The Extent Necessary To Adapt The Facility To The Function Of An Emergency Shelter (Mds), Along With The Equipment Of The Facility And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.2.The Investment Includes The Reconstruction Of The Basement Part Of The Gok Building Aimed At Adapting The Basement Rooms To A Protective Function By Performing The Necessary Construction, Installation And Equipment Works, In Particular: 1) Adapting The Functional Layout Of The Rooms To The Requirements For The Emergency Shelter, 2) Performing The Necessary Construction Works Resulting From Adapting The Facility To The Protective Requirements, 3) Constructing A Structurally Independent Reinforced Concrete Building Constituting The Housing Of The Mds Emergency Exit, Separated From The Existing One Building And Foundation, Regardless Of Its Structure, Together With Land Development, 4) Execution Of Necessary Installations And Technical Devices Ensuring The Functioning Of The Mds, 5) Execution Of Finishing Works Resulting From The Reconstruction Of Rooms, 6) Equipping The Facility With Equipment And Basic Means Necessary For Short-Term Stay Of People, And Changes In Land Development Including: 1) Construction Of Earth Slopes Adjacent To The External Walls Of The Building In Order To Obtain The Required Thickness Of The Ground Cover, 2) Execution Of Earthworks Related To The Shaping Of The Designed Slopes, 3) Construction Of An Independent Reinforced Concrete Structure To Cover The Mds Emergency Exit, Along With Landscaping, 4) Removal Of Existing External Stairs Colliding With The Planned Emergency Exit, 5) Partial Removal Of Existing Hardened Surfaces, Including Fragments Of The Band Around The Building And Part Of The Entrance, 6) Reconstruction And Change Of Location Of Some Parking Spaces, 7) Reconstruction Of Fragments Of Hardened Surfaces, 8) Construction Of New Edges And Finishing Elements, 9) Restoration Of Biologically Active Areas.
