Contractors Obligationsas Part Of The Lump-Sum Order Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Preparatory, Accompanying And Finishing Works, Including: 1) Cctv Inspection: Carrying Out The Initial (Before Cleaning/Renovation) And Acceptance (After Renovation) Television Inspection Of The Network. 2) Cleaning And Disposal: Cleaning Of Pipes And Wells Before Installation Of The Sleeve, Together With Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Extracted Sludge (Estimated Siltation Of The Canal Is Up To 10% Of Its Height).3) Construction Security: Covering All Costs Of Mobilization And Demobilization Of Work Brigades, Specialized Equipment And Machines, As Well As Securing The Work Site. The Ordering Party Informs That The Execution Of The Order Does Not Require The Contractor To Prepare A Temporary Traffic Organization Design.4) Material Logistics: Purchase, Transport, Safe Storage And Installation Of All Construction Materials And Installation Elements (Including Steps) Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order.5.
