The Area Where The Reconstruction Of The Internal Road Is Planned Is A Residential Area. In Its Existing Condition, The Road In The Development Section Has An Aggregate Surface. On The Section Covered By The Study, There Are Exits To The Property.2.The Task Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Entitled: Reconstruction Of Spacerowa Street In Grodziec Prepared By The Company Gramar Sp. Z O. O. As Part Of The Investment In Question, Only Stage 1 Will Be Implemented. 3. The Beginning Of The Designed Road Is Located At The Intersection With Ul. Klasztorna, And Ends At The Intersection With A Branch Of Ul. Spacerowa. The Length Of The Section Under Construction Is Approximately 450.00 M. The Road Has A Single Carriageway Section With A Width Of 3.00 M With Widenings Of Up To 4.00 M. Along The Street A 0.50 M Wide Shoulder Was Designed On Spacerowa Street. In Order To Service The Plots Adjacent To The Road, Exits To The Adjacent Plots Have Been Designed. Exits From The Road Side Are Limited By A Concrete Curb Measuring 15X22 Cm Raised 4 Cm Above The Road Edge. The Investment In Question Includes Felling Of Trees And Replacement Planting4.Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Design, Stwior, Bill Of Quantities, Cross-Sections Are Attachments To The Swz. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Conditions Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Specified In Detail In The Contract And The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In The Point Above.6.The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Key Parts Of The Order To Be Performed By The Contractor.7.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Seek The Opinion Of A Specialist - Designer On The Offered Products, Materials Or Devices. This Opinion May Constitute The Basis For The Ordering Party To Decide To Accept Equivalent Products, Materials Or Devices Or To Reject The Offer Due To Lack Of Equivalence.
