The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Entitled: Expansion Of The Municipal Cemetery In Zajezierze - Stage Iii.2.The Scope Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Pavement Made Of Stone Cubes (Material Entrusted By The Ordering Party With Transport Up To A Distance Of 3 Km), Including Preparatory Works, Earthworks, Foundations, Surfaces, Street Elements, Finishing Works, 2) Construction Of A Columbarium 2 Pieces, 3) Compliance With The Terms Of Industry Agreements And Incurring Costs, 4) Reconstruction Of Surfaces Damaged During The Works 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Prepared By: Archlinea, Leszek Witkowski From Sztum, The Content Of Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With. 4. Note: The Construction Area Should Be Fenced Off With Particular Care To Prevent Access By Unauthorized Persons. In The Event Of Damage To The Elements Made In The Cemetery, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Repair Them Or Replace The Damaged Elements At His Own Expense5.The Attached Bill Of Quantities Constitutes Supporting Material For The Calculation Of The Offer.6.The Ordering Party Has A Building Permit: No. 54/2017 Of March 21, 20177.The Ordering Party Has A Partial Use Permit No. Pinb.5121.20.2023.Db Of December 7, 20238.The Ordering Party Reserves That The Materials Used Must Have Valid Technical Approvals Or Declarations Of Conformity, Safety Certificates And Hygiene Certificates. 9. The Appearance And Materials Used Of New Columbaria Should Be Adapted To Those Already Standing In The Area.10.Equivalent Solutions: The Aim Of This Procedure Is To Obtain Construction Works Of The Quality And Functionality Specified In The Swz. For These Reasons, The Ordering Party Will Take Due Care To Ensure That The Subject Of The Order Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Which Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That Such An Indication Appears In Any Part Of The Swz Or Its Annexes, They Should Not Be Treated As Requirements Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, And Should Be Considered Only As Informational Indications (Not Binding On The Contractors). When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Devices And Materials Equivalent Or Better In Terms Of Quality, Technical Parameters And Raw Materials Used To Make Them, In Relation To The Materials And Devices Specified In The Design Documentation, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And Relevant Standards And Ensure The Achievement Of Technical Parameters (Equivalence Criteria) Confirming The Equivalence Of Materials
