The Subject Of The Order Includes The Lease Of 94 Parking Meters For The Śródmieście Paid Parking Zone (Śspp) And The Paid Parking Zone (Spp) In Świnoujście, Along With Comprehensive Service, Maintenance And Collection Of Parking Fees.2.The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 Stages, Which Include: 1) Stage I - Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Parking Meters, Delivery And Installation Of Software For Managing Parking Meters And Carrying Out Inspections On These Devices And At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party And At The Świnoujście City Hall, As Well As Training Of The Employees Of The Ordering Party And The Świnoujście City Hall; 2) Stage Ii - Leasing Of Devices And Performing Technical And Organizational Activities Related To The Comprehensive Service And Maintenance Of Parking Meters And Collecting Parking Fees;3) Stage Iii - Dismantling Parking Meters And All Elements Installed During The Execution Of The Order.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix No. 1 To The Swz.
