The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Dismantling The Remains Of The Surface From Paving Slabs - Drainage - Construction Of The Substructure - Installation Of Curbs - Laying The Surface With New Behaton Stones. 8 Cm In Red Implementation Requirements 1.Before Preparing An Offer, A Site Visit Is Required To Check The Conditions Of Execution Of This Order And To Properly Estimate The Offer Price Of The Order2.The Contractors Obligation Is To Carry Out The Works In Such A Way That There Is No Damage To Existing Facilities, Including Technical Infrastructure, Located On The Construction Site And Not Subject To Reconstruction, As Well As Located Outside The Construction Site. In The Event Of Damage To These Facilities Or Infrastructure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair The Damage Or Recreate These Facilities Or Infrastructure At His Own Expense.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Possible Consents Related To Entering The Construction Site Via Roads With Tonnage Limits.4.Due To The Operation Of The Court From 7 A.M. To 4 P.M., Any Work Causing Noise Should Be Carried Out After The Courts Opening Hours.
