1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Warehouse For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense In Koźmin - Stage I, In Accordance With This Swz, The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With Annexes, Design Documentation In The Scope Related To Stage I, Relevant Provisions Of The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities And Draft Provisions Of The Contract.2) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.3) The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: A) Performance Of Preparatory, Measurement And Security Works; B) Preparation Of The Site For Construction And Performance Of Demolition Works To The Extent Provided For In The Order Documents; C) Performance Of Earthworks, Including Excavations, Transport And Management Of Excavated Material As Well As Preparation And Compaction Of The Subsoil; D) Construction Of Foundations, Including Foundation Sleepers, Reinforcement, Foundation Footings And Footings, Columns, Foundation Walls And Other Reinforced Concrete And Masonry Elements Provided For In The Stage I;E) Execution Of Moisture And Thermal Insulation As Well As Protective And Protective Layers Of Foundations And Foundation Walls;F) Backfilling Of Excavations Along With The Execution And Documentation Of The Required Soil Compaction;G) Execution Of Underfloor Layers To The Extent Planned For Stage I;H) Execution Of Sanitary Works Including Water Supply Connection Along With Earthworks, Assembly Works, Tests, Rinsing, Disinfection And Preparation Of The Required Documentation Post-Construction;I) Execution Of Land Development Within The Scope Of Stage I, Including Earthworks And Foundation Layers For Roads And Squares;J) Execution Of Elements Of The Earthing And Lightning Protection Installation To Be Implemented Under Stage I;K) Execution Of Accompanying, Security, Reconstruction, Cleaning, Measurement And Documentation Works Provided For In The Order Documents And Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Works Covered By Stage I.2.A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In This Chapter Of The Swz, The Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
