Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Organization Of A Two-Day Field Training For Employees Of Bodies Running Vocational Schools

As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide: A) Accommodation For All Training Participants In One Hotel In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship With A Minimum Three-Star Standard, B) A Training Room With Appropriate Technical Equipment Located On The Hotel Premises, Where Accommodation Will Be Provided For Training Participants And A Room/Separate Place Where Catering Will Be Provided During Training Breaks, C) At Least One Trainer Who Will Conduct The Training, D) Organization Of Study Visits: • On The First Day Of The Training / Hour. Afternoon/ To The Industry Skills Center In The Field Of Footwear Or Another Vocational Training Unit, • On The Second Day Of Training /Morning Hours/ To Maspex Or Another Vocational Training Unit. E) Meals For All Training Participants During The Entire Stay, Including Coffee Breaks. F) At Least 30 Parking Spaces At The Hotel.G) Office Space Near The Conference Room.H) Separate Reception For Training Participants.I) Person From The Contractor Supervising The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.J) Training Materials For All Participants In Paper And/Or Electronic Form.K) Preparation And Submission Of Surveys To The Ordering Party After The Training And Preparation Of Photographic Documentation Of The Training Service Provided (At Least 20 Photos/).
