Tenders Are Invited For Transport Of Students From The Ujazd Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services In The Field Of Transporting Children To And After Classes To Schools And Kindergartens Operating In The Ujazd Commune In The School Year 2026/2027 In The Period From October 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027, As Part Of Regular Transport Based On The Purchase Of Personalized Monthly Tickets For Each Student.2. The Task Includes Transport And Drop-Off By One Bus With At Least 55 Seats, Two Buses With At Least 49 Seats, One With At Least 19 Seats And One With At Least 18 Seats. Seating Positions Do Not Include A Drivers Seat. The Service Will Consist In Transporting Primary School And Kindergarten Students To School And Kindergarten Classes In The 2026/2027 School Year And Transporting Them After Classes. Additionally, The Task Includes Transporting Students From The Primary School In The Niewiadów Housing Estate On Mondays. Polish Olympians And On Tuesdays And Wednesdays Students Of The Defenders Of Westerplatte Primary School In Ujazd.3. The Total Daily Length Of Bus Routes Is Approximately 340 Km. Additionally, The Length Of The Route On Mondays Is Approx. 17 Km And On Tuesdays And Wednesdays Approx. 114 Km.4. A Total Of Approximately 432 Children Will Be Covered By Transport (Including: From 2.5 Years Old To The Beginning Of One-Year Kindergarten Preparation - 41 Children). The Given Number Of Students And Pupils May Change During The School Year. It Is Allowed To Change The Number Of Monthly Tickets Purchased (Up To +/- 10%) In A Given Month.5. A Detailed Schedule For Transporting And Transporting Students To Educational Institutions For The 2026/2027 School Year Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Correct The Detailed Schedule For Transporting And Transporting Students To Educational Institutions.6. Transport And Transportation Of Students And Pupils To Educational Institutions Will Also Take Place On The Days When Pre-Christmas Retreats Will Take Place.7. The Contractor Will Execute The Order As Part Of Regular Transport (Based On Monthly Tickets) In National Road Passenger Transport Pursuant To The Act Of September 6, 2021 On Road Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490, As Amended)8. The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Agree And Take Into Account The Needs Of Schools Regarding The Transport Of Children As Part Of The Transport, • Punctual Transport Of Children To Schools And Pick Them Up After Classes, • Have Valid Third-Party Liability And Accident Insurance As Part Of Their Business, • Employ Qualified Drivers With Appropriate Qualifications And Documents, • Maintain The Bus Fleet In A Size Enabling The Proper Performance Of The Contract And Maintain It In A Technical And Operational Condition That Meets The Requirements Of The Public Transport Act Road.9. The Care Of Students And Pupils During Transport Is Organized And Provided By The Ordering Party.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Display Information With A Ti
