Tenders Are Invited For Providing Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision Services For The Investment Project Titled: Reconstruction Of Nowomiejska Street

1. The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Multi-Sector Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Nowomiejska Street In Skierniewice. Supervision Involves Multi-Sector Investment Supervision, I.E. Providing Investor Supervision Services And Giving Opinions And Recommending Solutions To Technical Issues, As Well As Support With The Contractor And Third Parties, Reporting, Control, Coordination And Settlement Of The Investment In Relation To Construction Works And Supervision Over The Performance Of Warranty Obligations By The Contractor In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To The End Of The Warranty And Warranty Period For The Performance Of Construction Works On The Task In Question. The Investors Supervision Is Obliged To Act For And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party In Order To Implement The Project Within The Funds Secured For This Purpose, Acting In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law, The Construction Law, The Geological And Mining Law, The Public Finance Act, While Maintaining Quality Standards In Accordance With The Approved Documentation And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Covered By Supervision Is Described In The Technical Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 2 The Scope Of Services Provided Under The Order Includes: The Duties Of The Investor Supervision Include In Particular: 2.1.Investor Supervision And Coordination Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions And Principles Of Polish And European Union Law, As Well As The Guidelines Provided On Their Basis, In Particular Regarding Procedures And Standards For Investment Implementation, 2.2.Ensuring Own Funds And Resources As Well As Qualified Personnel Appropriate For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order;2.3.Organizing, Coordinating And Participating In Coordination Meetings With The Contractor;2.4. Cooperation With The Contractor And The Ordering Party And Enforcing The Contractor To Remove Faults And Defects, As Well As Informing The Ordering Party About The Need To Require The Contractor To Remove Any Defects;2.5.Analyzing The Correctness Of Construction Works, Including Replacement And Additional Works (If Any), In Terms Of Legal Provisions, Technical Solutions And Materials Used; 2.6.Assistance In Classifying And Dividing Fixed Assets Of The Completed Investment; 2.7. Investor Supervision, Including Supervision Of Construction Works In All Industries In The Entire Scope Of The Investment.
