The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Brand New, Accident-Free Bus Vehicle, Manufactured In 2026, Category M1, With A Total Permissible Weight Of Up To 3,500 Kg, Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities, Including One Person In A Wheelchair. The Vehicle Is To Provide 9 Seats In Its Basic Configuration: Driver And 8 Passengers. In The Configuration With A Wheelchair, At Least The Drivers Seat, 5 Passenger Seats And A Place For One Person In The Wheelchair Are Required, I.E. At Least 7 People In Total. The Configuration Is Changed According To The Rules Specified In The Opz. Both Configurations Must Be Included In The Documentation Of The Final Vehicle Enabling Its Registration In Poland. The Delivery Includes The Base Vehicle, The Structure And Equipment Required By Opz, A Set Of Two Rail Ramps, A Trolley Fastening System And Passenger Protection, Markings, Documentation Of The Final Vehicle And Instructions From At Least Two People. It Is Not Allowed To Replace The Ramps With A Ramp Or A Lift. Place Of Delivery: Occupational Therapy Workshop At The Local Action Group Of Opatowski County, Czekarzewice Drugie 125, 27-515 Tarłów. The Contractor Will Deliver A Complete Vehicle With Documentation And Provide Instruction No Later Than November 20, 2026, At Its Own Expense And Risk. Detailed Requirements Are Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Opz And Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
