CSP RFP – RELLIS Water Well – Texas A&M University Follow Solicitation .The Texas A&M University System Office Of Facilities Planning & Construction Is Soliciting Proposals Through The Competitive Sealed Proposal (Csp) Process On Behalf Of The Board Of Regents Of The Texas A&M University System For The Rellis Water Tower In Bryan, Texas. This Project Will Consist Of A New Domestic Water Well, Water Transmission Main, Cooling Tower, And Ground Storage Tank Facility Is Needed To Support The Campus. The Well Will Be An Approximate 3,200-Foot Deep Well Providing Up To 1,934 Ac-Ft Per Year Of Water At A Rate Of 2,800 Gallons Per Minute. This Well System Will Connect To A Proposed Cooling Tower And A 500,000-Gallon Ground Storage Tank.
