The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of A Complex Interactive Projection System For Marksmanship Training (Hereinafter Referred To As The System) Intended For Trainingsecurity Forces And Other Authorized Users.The System Must Form One Functional Unit Enabling The Implementation Of Shooting Training Both With Usesharp Weapons, As Well As Weapons With Laser Shooting Simulation. Part Of The System Is Mainly Projectiontechnology, Intrusion Detection Equipment, Control And Evaluation Software, Audiovisual Andcommunication Equipment As Well As All Related Technical And Safety Elements Necessary Foroperation In A Shooting Range Environment.The System Must Enable The Projection Of Static And Dynamic Shooting Scenarios, Evaluation Of Hitsin Real Time, Archiving And Subsequent Analysis Of The Course Of Shooting And Support For Creation And Editingusers Own Training Scenarios.The Delivery Also Includes Complete Integration Into The Shooting Range Area, Including Installation, Calibration And Commissioning Of All Components, Delivery Of The Necessary Hardware And Software Equipment, Provision Of Safety Measures And Technology Protection Against The Effects Of Shooting, As Well As Delivery Of Related Accessories For The Implementation Of Training.The Delivery Also Includes Training And Servicing Of The System For A Period Of Five (5) Years.More Detailed Conditions Of Delivery And Technical Parameters Are Then In The Technical Specification Forming Part C Of The Tender Documentation And In The Draft Contract Which Forms Part D Of The Tender Documentation.The Supplier Must Deliver The Entire Performance. Partial Fulfillment Is Not Allowed.The Public Order Is Not Divided Into Parts, As The Delivered Object Of Performance Forms One Functional Unit,Which Can Only Work Properly In Cooperation With Each Other And Its Delivery In Parts Is Not Actually Possible Or Usual.The Subject Matter Of The Public Contract Is The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Acomprehensive Interactive Projection System For Firearms Training (Hereinafter The “System”),Intended For The Training Of Security Forces And Other Authorized Users.The System Must Form A Single Functional Unit Enabling Firearms Training Using Both Live-Fireweapons And Weapons With Laser Shooting Simulation. The System Shall Comprise, In Particular,Projection Technology, Hit-Detection Equipment, Control And Evaluation Software, Audiovisualand Communication Equipment, As Well As All Related Technical And Safety Elements Necessaryfor Operation In A Shooting-Range Environment.The System Must Enable The Projection Of Static And Dynamic Shooting Scenarios, Real-Time Hitevaluation, Archiving And Subsequent Analysis Of Shooting Sessions, And Support The Creationand Modification Of The Users Own Training Scenarios.The Supply Shall Also Include Complete Integration Into The Shooting-Range Premises, Includingthe Installation, Calibration And Commissioning Of All Components, The Supply Of The Necessaryhardware And Software Equipment, The Provision Of Safety Measures And Protection Of Thetechnology Against The Effects Of Shooting, As Well As The Supply Of Related Accessories Requiredfor Training.The Supply Shall Also Include Training And Servicing Of The System For A Period Of Five (5) Years.Further Delivery Terms And Technical Parameters Are Set Out In The Technical Specificationforming Part C Of The Procurement Documents And In The Draft Contract Forming Part D Of Theprocurement Documents.The Economic Operator Must Deliver The Entire Scope Of Performance. Partial Performance Isnot Permitted.The Public Contract Is Not Divided Into Lots Because The Subject Matter To Be Supplied Forms Asingle Functional Unit Which Can Operate Properly Only Through Its Mutual Interactioncomponents, And Delivery In Parts Is Neither Factually Possible Nor Customary.
