The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Supply Of Technologies For The Production Of Innovative Cbrn Filters, Their Implementation Incl. Service, And The Provision Of A License. The Selection Procedure Will Be Divided Into A Total Of Three Parts, Which Are Closely Related To Each Other, However, The Contracting Authority Has Divided Them Into Three Logical Units, According To Time, Place And Material Context. The Subject Of Fulfillment Of Part Iii. Is The Supply And Installation Of The Powder Coating Line, Operator Training, Trial Operation (At Least 14 Days) And Commissioning Without Defects Preventing Its Flawless Use. A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Performance Is Given In Annex No. 1 Of These Tender Conditions.The Client Requires That The Delivery Also Includes Provision Of Service And Maintenance On A Regular Basis, Recommended By The Manufacturer, At Least For The Duration Of The Warranty. The Delivery Will Also Include The Delivery Of Drawing Documentation, Instructions For Use And Training Of The Customers Operator. If A Patent-Protected Solution Applies To The Subject Of Performance, The Delivery Will Also Include An Unlimited License To Use The Subject Of Performance.
