The Subject Of The Awarded Public Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Public Contract) Is The Execution Of Construction Works / The Construction Of The Structure Within The Scope Of The Expansion Of The Bukovsko Waste Dump - 5Th Stage - 1St Part (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction) In The Scope Of The Implementation Project For The Construction Of The Bukovsko Waste Dump - 5Th Stage - 1St Part, Prepared By The Company Projekta Tábor S.R.O. 6/21 The Construction Consists Of The Expansion Of The Existing Bukovsko Waste Landfill By The 1St Part Of The 5Th Stage According To The Project Documentation (See Annex No. 6 Of This Procurement Documentation) And The Building Permit (See Annex No. 8 Of This Procurement Documentation), Which Includes The Complete, Functional And Flawless Execution Of All Construction, Assembly Work And Structures, Supplies And Services Necessary For The Start, Proper Completion And Handing Over Of The Work (Building) For Its Use. A Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Performance, Including Business, Invoicing And Other Conditions Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 Draft Contract – Binding Business Conditions.
