Description The Norwegian Environment Agency Must Enter Into A Framework Agreement With A Supplier Who Can Take Care Of The Organisations Overall Needs Related To The Acquisition, Administration And Management Of Microsoft Licenses And Subscriptions. The Purpose Of The Acquisition Is To Ensure Cost-Effective, Flexible And Forward-Looking Access To Software, Cloud Services, License Management And Related Advisory Services. The Framework Agreement Shall Include The Delivery And Management Of Microsofts License And Agreement Programs, Including Enterprise Agreement (Ea), Cloud Solution Program (Csp), Server And Cloud Enrollment (Sce) And Any Subsequent Or Equivalent Forms Of Agreement. The Agreement Shall Also Give Access To The Purchase Of Standard Software Licenses (Off-The-Shelf) From Microsoft And Other Relevant Software Suppliers. The Value Of The Agreement Is Estimated At Nok 55 Million. The Agreements Maximum Value Is Set At Nok 65 Million. Clients The Norwegian Environment Agency, The Norwegian Arts Data Bank, The Norwegian Cultural Heritage Fund, The Norwegian Polar Institute And The National Archives Are All Clients For This Contract. The Norwegian Environment Agency Is Responsible For Conducting The Tender Competition And Following Up On The Contract, And Is The Contract Owner And Will Act On Behalf Of The Other Agencies In Contract Follow-Up.
