There Has Been Environmental Testing Done That Resulted In No Hazardous Material In The Plastered Walls. The Building Suffered Water Intrusion For Many Years Causing Damage To The Plaster Walls And Base Board. City Staff Will Remove All Base Board Prior To Plaster Work Commencing. There Are A Few Areas Where The Plaster Is Loose With Potential For Detachment From Wall. There Are Also Areas Where Plaster Has Been Completed Removed.
