The Helsinki Parish Association Requests Your Tender For The Overall Contract For The Repair And Addition Construction Project Of The Wooden Church In Oulunkylä In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Location Of The Item Is Siltavuodintie 12, 00640 Helsinki. The Construction Site Includes The Oulunkylä Wooden Church, I.E. The So-Called Repair And Additional Construction Of The Old Church. The Scope Of The Site Is Approximately 219 M² And The Scope Of Additional Construction Will Be Approx. 250 Brm². The Belfry (14 M²) Is Included In The Repair Scope. Corrective Measures And A More Detailed Description Of The Project, The Content Of The Overall Contract And The Content Requirements Of The Offer Are Presented In The Request For Tender For The Procurement Notice And In Other Documents Attached To The Request For Tender. The Wooden Church Was Built In 1905 As A Prayer Room For The Evangelical Society. The Bell Tower Next To The Church Was Completed In 1932. The Drawings Of The Church Were Prepared By Master Builder K. F. Bergman. The Existing Wooden Church Is Treated Like A Protected Building. In The Project, Several Repair Points Of The Church Will Be Carried Out, E.G. The Wooden Church Halls Floorboards And Subfloor Insulation Will Be Renewed, And The Subfloor Structures Will Be Renovated, The Safety Of Use Of The Church Gallery And The Stairs Leading To The Gallery Will Be Improved, The Safety Of Egress From The Gallery Will Be Improved By Changing The Gallery Window Into An Emergency Window And Adding A Trapezoid On Top Of The Entrance Canopy And Steps On The Wall, A New Iv Machine Room Will Be Built In The Attic Of The Church, And The Churchs Ventilation Will Be Changed To Mechanical Intake And Exhaust, Etc. In The Project, The Plot Will Be Built For Congregation Use A One-Story Additional Construction-Expansion Part, Which Will Have Facilities Supporting The Churchs Activities. The Extension Part Will Be Connected To The Existing Church Building With An Internal Connection. The Site Will Have A Geothermal System Instead Of The Current District Heating. Stormwater Delay Structures Will Be Built On The Plot And The Plot Will Be Connected To The Citys Stormwater Network.
