The Vantaa Parish Association Is Requesting An Offer For Real Estate And Rental Agency Services For Apartments, Offices And Real Estate. In The Procurement, A Framework Arrangement Will Be Established By Sub-Area In Accordance With The Tender Request And Its Appendices. The Procurement Is Divided Into The Following Sub-Areas: Sub-Area 1. Real Estate Brokerage Services Sub-Area 2. Rental Brokerage Services The Customer Has Mainly Residential Properties In The Real Estate Portfolio Of The Capital Region, As Well As Office Properties And Various Parish Properties. The Service Provider Must Be Able To Carry Out The Clients Various Assignments In A Professional Manner And Act As The Clients Representative During The Assignments In Accordance With Good Mediation Practice. The Service Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities.
