As Part Of Its Competence In Risk Prevention And Population Protection, The Community Of Communes Of Piedmont Cévenol Wishes To Structure And Strengthen Crisis Management Systems Across Its Territory. As Such, It Is Initiating This Consultation With A View To Concluding A Framework Agreement Relating To Assistance Services For The Development Of The Intercommunal Safeguarding Plan (Pics), As Well As Communal Safeguarding Plans (Pcs) And Associated Preventive Information Documents. This Contract Is Part Of A Collective Approach. It Is In Fact The Subject Of A Group Of Orders Bringing Together The Community Of Municipalities And Interested Member Municipalities, In Order To Pool Resources, Harmonize Practices And Guarantee Overall Consistency. The Community Of Communes Of Piedmont Cévenol Plays The Role Of Coordinator And Principal Agent.
