Under The Present Procurement Process, The Client Seeks To Obtain Consultancy Services (The “Service”) Covering Following Activities:• Preparation Of A Conceptual Study For The Black Start Generation Solution;• Execution Of Market Research Activities To Support The Development Of A Procurement Strategy, Including The Establishment Of Key Industry Contacts And Stakeholder Engagement To Facilitate Future Bid Preparation.• Preparation Of Technical Specification Documentation Required For Obtaining Binding Proposals For The Engineering, Procurement And Construction Of Gas-Fired Power Plants, Taking Into Account The Recommended Procurement Model, Whether Based On An Epc Approach Or Separate Oem And Construction Procurements;• Provision Of Ad Hoc Technical Advisory Services On An Agreed Hourly-Rate Basis For A Period Of Up To Twelve (12) Months Following Execution Of The Agreement.
