The Contracting Authority Wishes To Outsource The Recruitment And Selection Of Management And Strategic Positions (Scales 11 To 15) And Of Strategic Supporting Roles, Aimed At Structural Recruitment And Therefore Emphatically Not At Hiring Via A Secondment Or Flex Construction. With This Tender, The Client Aims To Contract One Expert Party That Will Carry Out The Entire Recruitment And Selection Process Carefully, Consistently And In A Caring Manner, Whereby The Contractor Is Responsible For, Among Other Things, The Vacancy Texts, External Publication, Network Deployment And (Pre)Selection Including Screening And Assessments, And The Client Is Responsible For The Substantive Input, Interviews And Onboarding. The Size Of The Assignment Is €900,000 For The Entire Duration Of The Assignment, Including Extensions
