Work Detail
The Purpose Of The Tender Procedure Is To Conclude The Agreement With One Contractor For Liability Insurance For Municipalities. The Agreement Has A Term Of 3 Years With A Mutual Optional Extension Of Seven Times Twelve Months And Is Expected To Take Effect On January 1, 2027. Any Extension Will Take Place Under The Same Terms And Conditions; After The First Year Of Insurance, Indexation In Accordance With The Applicable Cpi (Consumer Price Index) Is Permitted. The Further Description Of The Assignment Is Included In The Closing Note (Appendix C.1).
