The Aim Of This Competition Procedure With Negotiation Is To Conclude An Agreement With One Contractor To Make Available, Implement And Keep Operational During The Term An Integrated Solution, Delivered As Software As A Service (Saas), For The Hr Functions, Including Payroll, Finance And Purchasing And The Associated Cross-Functional Processes And Functionality (Hereinafter: The Solution). The Solution Must Coherently Support The Desired End-To-End Processes Within And Between These Functions. The Assignment Also Includes The Planning And Management Of The Implementation, Design And Configuration, Data Migration, Integrations, Testing, Training Of Users And Administrators, Support For Commissioning And Adoption, Technical Management, Maintenance, Support And The Performance Of Updates And Upgrades.
