Tenders Are Invited For Municipal Liability Insurance

As Of January 1, 2027, The Municipality Wishes To Take Out The Same Type Of Municipal Liability Insurance As The Existing One, With Possibly Improved Coverage At Competitive Premiums/Costs, Insuring Property Damage, Personal Injury, Financial Damage, Employers Liability And (Sudden) Environmental Liability. Limited Liability And Existing Property Cover May Be Offered For Construction Works. The Agreement Commences On January 1, 2027 And Runs Until January 1, 2030. After That, There Is A Mutual Option To Extend For A Maximum Of Three (3) Times Twelve (12) Months. The Agreement Ends By Operation Of Law On January 1, 2033. The Notice Period For Both The Contractor And The Municipality Is Five (5) Months Before January 1, 2030 And Thereafter Five (5) Months Before January 1 Of The Relevant Year And Must Be Communicated To The Other Party In Writing.
