Tenders Are Invited For Consulting Service Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Law On Territorial Planning For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Devnya

The Purpose Of The Present Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement, In Which Not All Conditions Are Defined, For The Awarding Of Contracts For Public Procurement For The Implementation Of A Consulting Service Under Article 166, Paragraph 1 Of The Law On Territorial Planning For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Devnya. The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With Up To 2 (Two) Potential Contractors Who Meet The Conditions Previously Announced By The Contracting Authority And Are Ranked In The First Two Places. The Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Up To 48 Months From The Date Of Signing The Agreement Or Until The Total Amount Is Exhausted.By Awarding This Contract, The Contracting Authority Seeks To Select Potential Contractors Of The Subject Of The Contract, Possessing Professional Qualifications And Practical Experience Corresponding To The Subject Of The Contract, To Whom The Municipality Of Devnya Will Assign The Implementation Of The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Public Contract.
