The Order Includes The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Phase And The Implementation Of The Authors Supervision Of A Site: Construction Of Internal Infrastructure In The Southwest Zone Of The Industrial Park - Sliven.The Contractor Should Prepare A Working Project For All Parts. • Part Geology;• Part Water Supply;• Part Sewerage;• Part Gas Supply;• Part Geodesy And Vertical Planning;• Road Part;• Part Organization And Traffic Safety;• Part Temporary Organization Of Traffic (Vod);• Part Telecommunications;• Part Electrical;• Part Constructive - If Necessary;• Part Accounting Documentation;• Part Pbz;• Part Fire Safety;• Part Construction Waste Management Plan (Cwmp).The Subject Of This Order Are The Following Activities:- Procurement Of The Necessary Opinions And Source Data From All Companies And Authorities According To Bulgarian Legislation;- Preparation And Coordination Of A Project For Transport Access To The Api - Opu Sliven To The Republican Road Ii-53 /Sliven - Yambol/;- Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase Of The Internal Technical Infrastructure Of The Industrial Park Sliven - Southern Zone, Based On An Approved Pup;- Coordination Of The Work Project With All Control Bodies, Operating Companies And Authorities In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulations;- Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Permits, According To Bulgarian Legislation;- Obtaining A Construction Permit And Legal Start Of Construction, Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Requirements Of The Employer, Drawings And Tables;- Carrying Out Authors Supervision On The Zut, Technical Solutions, Additions And Amendments To The Project, Preparation Of Operating Instructions, Technological Control And Assistance In Putting The Site Into Operation;- Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Surveying Of The Entire Construction And Provision Of Data To The Relevant Office Of Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre According To Art. 54A, Para. 2 Of The Law On Cadastre And Land Registry;- Carrying Out 72-Hour Tests Under Operating Conditions;- Handover Of The Object And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority, With A Document Model 15 According To Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Documents And Protocols During Construction.The Contractor, By Means Of Separate Legal Persons, Authors Of The Project Documentation In Parts, Will Carry Out Author Supervision In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Zut And The Performance Contract.
