Brief Description / Documentation:The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes: Delivery Of Light Vehicles With Normal Cross-Country Ability (Lanp) With A Technically Permissible Maximum Mass Of Up To 3.5 Tons, Divided Into Two Separate Items Separate Position No. 1 Delivery Of A Car With Normal Cross-Country Ability With A Technically Permissible Maximum Weight Of Up To 3.5 Tons Inclusive (Class F - Representative) - 1 Pc.Separate Item No. 2 Delivery Of A Passenger Car With Normal Cross-Country Ability With A Technically Permissible Maximum Weight Of Up To 3.5 Tons Inclusive (Flatbed Type With An Open Loading Platform And Drop-Down Sides) - 1 Pc.Cars Must Be Factory New, Unused And Manufactured Within 12 Months Prior To The Delivery Date.Warranty Period Of The Cars – No Less Than 4 Years Or No Less Than 100,000 Kilometers, Whichever Occurs First, Starting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance-Handover Protocol Between The Contractor And The Employer.The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes:1. Full Warranty Maintenance Of The Cars During The Warranty Period, Which Includes The Removal Of All Damages And/Or Inconsistencies Of The Car By Force And Means And At The Contractors Expense, Respectively Replacement Of Defective Parts And/Or Components With New Ones, According To The Manufacturers Warranty Conditions, As Well As Warranty Support Of The Mandatory Software Updates, Including The Necessary Licenses And Software Support Of The Applicable And Operating Software (In Applicable Cases).2. The Full Warranty (Service) Servicing Of The Cars Within The Warranty Period, According To The Manufacturers Warranty Conditions. Full Warranty (Service) Service (Other Than The Removal Of Defects During The Warranty Period) Includes The Change Of Oils, Filters, Brake And Coolant Fluid, As Well As All Other Necessary Warranty Service Activities, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements, Specifications And Instructions, At The Expense Of The Contractor.
