The Positions Are: 1) Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance; 2) Property Insurance; 3) Autocasco Insurance Of Motor Vehicles According To The Attached List; 4) Group Compulsory Insurance For The Risk Of Occupational Accident And Voluntary Insurance Accident With Payment Of Medical Expenses; 5) General Civil Liability Of Lik And Professional Liability Ofthe Participants In The Design And Construction . On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop The Contracting Authority Will Assign The Performance Of Insurance Services Under Item 4) Group Compulsory Insurance For The Risk Working Accident And Voluntary Insurance Accident With Payment Of Medical Expenses And Under Item 5) General Civil Liability Of Lik And Professional Liability Of The Participants In The Design And Construction, According To The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act Through Direct Award, As Their Total Estimated Value Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order.
