Subject Of The Order: Safe Operation And Maintenance In Round-The-Clock Operation Of A Boiler Plant, Prevention And Repair Of Heating Boilers, Subscriber Stations And Indoor Heating Installation For The Needs Of A State Aviation Operatorthe Services - Subject Of The Order, Include:- Ensuring Safe Operation In Accordance With The Technical Requirements, Norms And Rules For Safety And Maintaining The Boiler Plant In A 24/7 Working Mode Through 24-Hour Duty By Its Own Personnel For A Period Of 7 (Seven) Months - October, November, December, January, February, March And April Of The Following Year.- Technical Service And Maintenance Of Heating Installations – Heating Boilers, Shut-Off And Safety Valves, Circulation Pumps, Replacement Of Malfunctioning Contactors, Relays, Circuit Breakers And Thermostats; Inspection Of Expansion Vessels; Replacement Of Defective Gate Valves And Ball Valves; Replacement Of Malfunctioning Monometers, Valves, Thermometers, Etc., As Well As Provision Of Spare Parts And Consumables For Them.- Technical Maintenance, Prevention, Testing And, If Necessary, Repair Of The Equipment Of The Subscriber Stations: Main And Secondary Circulation Pumps, Pipeline System, Replacement Of Non-Functioning Contactors, Relays, Circuit Breakers And Thermostats, Replacement Of Defective Gate Valves And Ball Valves, Replacement Of Non-Working Pressure Gauges, Thermometers, Deaerators, Adjacent Automation, Etc.- Technical Maintenance, Prevention, Testing And, In Case Of Need, Repair Of The Internal Building Heating Installations Of A State Aviation Operator: A System Of Pipelines, Collector Boxes And Distributors, Radiators (Pounds), Pipe Connections, Shut-Off Fittings And Deaerators, Thermal Heads, Valves, Etc., As Well As Provision Of Spare Parts And Consumables For Them. The Time Scope Of The Order Includes The Heating Period (October 2026 To April 2027) And May 2027 - For Carrying Out Planned/Urgent Repairs Of The Heating Installations And Their Preparation For The Next Heating Season.The Estimated Value Of The Order Is Eur 51,000 Excluding Vat (Fifty-One Thousand Euros Excluding Vat), Of Which: Eur 36,000 Excluding Vat – Estimated Value Of The Contracted Services For Subscription Technical Service, Prevention And Maintenance Of The Boiler Plant, Heating Boilers, Subscriber Stations And Indoor Heating Installation For A Period Of 7 (Seven) Months And Eur 15,000 Excluding Vat – Option In The Event Of Occurrence Of Emergency/Urgent/Planned Repair Works During The Term Of The Contract. ​​​​​​​
