With These Technical Means, The Mechanical Composition Of Soils Is Determined According To The Requirements Of The Level I Soil Monitoring Program - Large-Scale Monitoring Including Observations In A Uniformly Distributed Network (16X16 Km) Of The National Soil Monitoring System, As Well As Sediments According To The Programs For Monitoring The Ecological And Chemical State Of Surface And Underground Waters, According To The Indicators For Monitoring Sediments In Surface Waters For The Categories Rivers And Lakes/Reservoirs.In Order To Ensure The Normal Functioning Of The Equipment, It Is Necessary To Start A Public Procurement With The Subject: Service And Supply Of Spare Parts And Consumables For Laser Granulometers.The Activities Included In The Planned Public Procurement Are Service Activities, Including Prevention, Diagnostics And Repair Of The Equipment, Delivery Of Consumables, Delivery And Installation Of Spare Parts (If Necessary), Update Of The Adjacent Software (If Necessary). On The Basis Of Art. 11, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, When The Public Procurement Includes Services And Supplies, The Main Subject Is Determined Depending On The Service Or Supply, The Estimated Value Of Which Is The Highest. The Object Of The Order Is Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code.
