Work Detail
Double Contract For The Completion Of The Camí De Ronda Urbanization. It Is The Object Of The Present Contract The Contracting, Promoted By The Town Council Of Castellfollit De La Roca, Of The Works Contract For The Executive Project For The Completion Of The Camí De Ronda Urbanization, Drawn Up By The Architect Montserrat Gou Juvinyà (Ref. 4152). The Mentioned Project Has Been Definitively Approved On September 4, 2026, As A Result Of The Fact That No Objections Have Been Submitted. The Initial Approval Agreement, Duly Published In The Official Gazette Of The Province For A Term Of Thirty (30) Days. The Cpv Code That Corresponds To This Contract Is 45233200-1 (Miscellaneous Paving Works). Due To The Nature Of The Services It Is Not Possible To Divide The Object Of The Contract Into Lots, Since The Object Of The Contract Constitutes An Operational Or Functional Unit And Does Not Proceed A Separate Execution. The Separate Execution Of The Service That Is The Object Of The Contract Would Make Its Correct Execution Difficult From A Technical Point Of View And Would Entail The Need To Coordinate The Execution Of The Services By A Plurality Of Different Contractors.
