The Contract Includes, Among Others, The Services Of Functional Analysis, Design Of Procedures, Organizational Consulting, Data Migration, Configuration, Parameterization, Integration With Internal And External Systems, Training, Change Management, Putting Into Production, Functional And Technical Support, Corrective, Preventive, Adaptive And Evolutionary Maintenance, As Well As The Continuity And Reversibility Services Necessary To Guarantee The Correct Provision Of The Service During The Entire Contractual Period. The Solution Must Provide An Integrated Corporate Platform Based On The Principle Of Single Data, Which Allows To Manage In A Way Transversal Administrative, Economic, Tax, Patrimonial, Territorial And Citizen Data Procedures Of Dolot City Council And Its Dependents, Avoiding Duplication Of Information And Promoting Interoperability Between All Management Areas. As A Minimum, The Platform Must Cover The Electronic Management Of Administrative Procedures, The Electronic Register, Document Management, Electronic File, Digital Identity And Electronic Signature, Headquarters Electronics And The Citizen Folder, The Municipal Register Of Inhabitants, Territorial Management, Voluntary And Executive Tax And Collection Management, Public Accounting, Treasury, Municipal Heritage, Collegiate Bodies, Executive Information Systems, Automations And The Rest Of The Functionalities Described In The Technical Specifications.
