Community Assistance Service, Intervention And Revitalization Of The Historical Center Within The Framework Of The Neighborhood Plan (Ser_Obe_2026_0019).The City Council Of Lleida Deploys The Actions Planned In The Neighborhood Plan 2026-2030 To Promote Social Cohesion, Inclusion And The Integral Improvement Of The Historic Center Of Lleida Through The Impulse Of Community, Socio-Educational, Cultural And Economic Stimulation Actions, Promoting Coexistence, Citizen Participation, Reducing Inequalities And Strengthening The Social, Commercial And Neighbor To Move Towards A More Inclusive, Active Neighborhood With A Better Quality Of Life, Always With A Transversal Feminist And Gender Equity Perspective.
