The Service Consists Of Developing The Design Of The Master Plan Of The Baquedano Urban Park, Conceived As A Natural Desert Spa, And Identifying The Prioritized Stage I Of The Project, Through The Preparation Of A Comprehensive Proposal For Spatial, Functional And Programmatic Organization, Which Allows Defining Its Design Guidelines, Guiding Its Future Development And Generating The Technical, Regulatory And Economic Background Necessary For The Implementation And Eventual Execution Of The First Stage Of The Project.The Proposal Must Consider The Territorial And Climatic Conditions Of The Site, As Well As The Needs Of The Community, Becoming A Planning And Management Tool For The Future Development Of The Project.
