The Objective Of This Public Proposal Is The Purchase Of Professional Support Lawyer Hours Services For The Legal Advice Department Of The Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena Hospital, Whose Purpose Is To Strengthen The Operational Capacity Of The Department, Collaborating In The Review, Preparation And Management Of Documents And Legal Records, Particularly Those Related To Administrative Procedures, Public Procurement, Disciplinary Matters And, When Appropriate, Judicial Processes.This Contract Is Intended To Complement The Departments Response Capacity, Allowing Institutional Legal Requirements To Be Met In A Timely And Efficient Manner, Safeguarding The Quality, Coherence And Adequate Processing Of Administrative Acts And Other Corresponding Legal-Administrative Procedures.The Need To Have This Support Is Based On The Sustained Increase In Demand And The Complexity Of The Procedures That Must Be Reviewed Or Processed By The Legal Advisory Department, Which Makes It Necessary To Have Additional Professional Hours That Allow Strengthening Institutional Legal Management, Supporting The Processing Of Administrative And Disciplinary Procedures, Public Contracting Processes And, In Specific Cases, The Preparation And Review Of Records Linked To Judicial Processes, Contributing To The Timely Compliance With The Legal Obligations Of The Establishment And The Principles Of Legality. Probity And Transparency.The Service Will Be Carried Out In The Hospital Premises, In The Best Possible Conditions For Both Parties, As Detailed In These Administrative Bases And Technical Bases, And According To Quantities Defined In Annex No. 1.
