The National System Of Public Libraries Snbp, Dependent On The National Cultural Heritage Service, Requires Optimizing The Management And Articulation Between The Different Areas Of The System, Through The Reformulation Of Conceptual Definitions And Nomenclatures Of Reporting Instruments, In Order To Standardize And Agree On The Language Between Responsibility Centers At The National And Regional Level And With Counterparts In Agreements.To This End, It Invites Consultants And Companies In The Field Of Consulting With Certified Experience In Matters Of Management And Execution Of Consultancies In Public Organizations, Who Can Accredit Experience Through Annex 5.B Experience Of The Offeror Of These Bases.
