Sep 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Communications & Media Remuneration range: 5000 to 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 1 month The Lebanese Women Democratic Gathering (RDFL) is a feminist, secular, non-governmental organization advocating for and raising awareness about the rights of women and girls in Lebanon. Founded in 1976, RDFL is one of the oldest feminist organizations in Lebanon and is rooted in volunteerism and membership-based activism. RDFLs vision is to achieve equality between women and men in all spheres and to provide protection from gender-based violence. RDFLs mission is to work on and advocate for the elimination of gender-based violence and all forms of discrimination, and to achieve full citizenship for women through a widespread and empowered membership and in collaboration with civil society. Within the framework of its project funded by the UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women (UN Trust Fund), RDFL is seeking a professional videographer to produce a project highlight video showcasing the projects key activities and overall impact. The video will bring together footage from different project activities to provide a dynamic overview of the intervention, its approach, and its engagement with participants and communities. The production will include filming four selected project activities: two activities taking place inside RDFL centers and two activities taking place outside the centers, in addition to a short stand-up segment by a member of the project team explaining the project, its objectives, and key interventions. The final video should combine activity footage, the project teams explanation, and, where relevant, simple animation, motion graphics, text, or other visual elements to communicate key information and strengthen the overall narrative. 2. List of Deliverables The videographer will be responsible for: Capturing high-quality rushes/B-roll footage from the different activities, including participants, facilitators, interactions, activities, and relevant contextual shots. Filming a stand-up segment with one member of the project team explaining the project, its objectives, main activities, and overall contribution. Developing and editing one project highlight video that brings together footage from the different activities into a clear, engaging, and coherent narrative. Incorporating simple animation, motion graphics, key figures, text, or other graphic elements where needed to better explain the project and highlight key messages, activities, or results. Providing high-quality footage and selected photos suitable for RDFLs social media, communications, reporting, visibility, and advocacy purposes. Incorporating RDFL branding, UN Trust Fund visibility requirements and donor logo, and any other required project branding elements. Ensuring good-quality sound, lighting, framing, and overall production quality throughout the filming and editing process. Conducting several feedback rounds during the editing process to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment with RDFLs communications guidelines and project requirements. Providing RDFL with the final edited video as well as the organized raw footage/rushes captured during the assignment. Delivering the final output in high-resolution and in formats optimized for social media and online communication platforms How to apply Interested consultants are invited to submit:A technical proposal outlining their understanding of the assignment, detailed methodology, and proposed workplan.
