Tenders are invited for Baseline and Beneficiary Assessment for the Improved Service Delivery for Citizens in Cambodia (ISD II) Programme Field Data Collection, Supervision, and Quality Assurance Assessment for the Improved Service Delivery for Citizens in Cambodia (ISD II), a Programme Implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft FüR Internationale Zusammenarbeit (Giz) and Jointly Financed by Germany, Switzerland, and Luxembourg Scope of Data Collection The assessment will be conducted in 18 selected districts and municipalities across four provinces of Cambodia: Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Siem Reap, and Stung Treng. The services covered will include administrative services provided through One Window Service Offices (OWSOs) and selected sectoral services, specifically waste management, water services, and social services, delivered at the DM level. The assignment will include quantitative surveys, Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), following the methodology, including tools, provided by TAF. For planning purposes only, the indicative scope may include approximately 1,080 surveys, 25 KIIs, and 12 FGDs, subject to adjustment in consultation with and approval by GIZ.
