Tender submissions must be made exclusively via the Mobitel ERP iSupplier Portal. All suppliers, interested in bidding for this RFP must register on the iSupplier Portal on or before 11th September 2026 at 2.30 p.m. (Sri Lanka Time). Suppliers may register using the following link: https://www.mobitel.lk/supplier-registration. After successful registration, suppliers are required to notify Mobitel by emailing [email protected] with the email heading of "REP for Supply, Implementation and Support of Comprehensive Accounting package for a small-scale business". Only suppliers registered with the Mobitel iSupplier Portal will receive the RFP for Supply, implementation and Support of a comprehensive accounting package. The RFP will be made available to registered suppliers on 14th September 2026 at 3.30 p.m. (Sri Lanka Time). Both Technical and Commercial Proposals will be received through the iSupplier Portal. RFP documents can be downloaded from the iSupplier Portal from: 14th September 2026 at 3.30 p.m. SL Time to until 25th September 2026 at 3.30 p.m. SL Time. Proposals must be uploaded to the Mobitel iSupplier Portal on or before 25th September 2026 at 3.30 p.m. (Sri Lanka Time). All tenders will be opened electronically via the system, and notifications regarding bid acceptance will be communicated to bidders through the iSupplier Portal.
