Tenders are invited for Purchasing of Laptop and Desktop Computers -Department of Samurdhi Development. Bids are invited from eligible and qualified suppliers for the purchase of Laptop and Desktop Computers for the Department of Samurdhi Development. Eligible suppliers can obtain relevant tender documents from the Procurement Division upon submission of the payment receipt of non-refundable fee of Rs. 6,000.00 in cash to the Cashier of the Department of Samurdhi Development. Bid documents can be obtained on working days from10:00 a.m. on 07.09.2026 up to 3:00 p.m. on 22.09.2026. If bidders submit bids for all the items, a bid security of Rs. 243,000.00 and if bids are submitted only for desktop computers, a bid security of Rs. 90,000.00 and if submit bids only for laptop computers, a bid security of Rs. 153,000.00 should be submitted issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, drawn in favor of the Director General, Department of Samurdhi Development, along with bid documents. A refundable cash deposit may also be submitted in lieu of bid security. The original of the receipt for depositing in cash to the cashier should be submitted drawn in favour of Director General of Department of Samurdhi Development should be submitted with bids.
