Road Surface Structure: - Layer Of Cement-Stabilized Aggregate Rm = 2.5 Mpa Thickness. 10 Cm - Foundation Layer Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate C90/3 Gr. 20 Cm - Cationic Quick-Disintegrating Emulsion In The Amount Of 0.5 Kg/M2 - Binder Layer Of Asphalt Concrete Ac 11W 50/70 Gr. 4 Cm - Cationic Quick-Disintegrating Emulsion In The Amount Of 0.5 Kg/M2 - Wearing Course Of Asphalt Concrete Ac 11S 50/70 Gr. 4 Cm The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Full Formal And Legal Support For The Investment Task, Including In Particular: • Representing The Ordering Party Before Architectural And Construction Administration Authorities And Construction Supervision Authorities On The Basis Of The Granted Power Of Attorney, • Preparing And Submitting A Notice Of The Intended Date Of Commencement Of Construction Works To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority Along With The Required Attachments (Including Declarations Of The Construction Manager/Supervision Inspector) In Compliance With The Statutory Deadlines, • Conducting, Completing And Updating On An Ongoing Basis Complete Construction Documentation, Including The Construction Log (Or Edb System) And Technical And As-Built Documentation, • Preparing Explanations, Responses To Requests, Letters And Filling Gaps In The Documentation At Each Request Of The Construction Supervision Authorities Or Other Institutions Participating In The Investment Process, In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To The Date Of Obtaining The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit / Effective Notification Of Completion Of Works, • Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works (Or Obtaining The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party) In The Appropriate Construction Supervision Inspectorate, Along With The Preparation And Submission Of A Complete Inspection Report And As-Built Documentation.
