The Subject Of The Order In The Basic Order Is To Develop And Provide The Ordering Party With Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation, And To Obtain And Provide The Ordering Party With Permits And Other Administrative Decisions Required By Law And The Needs Of The Ordering Party For The Investment Project At Ul. Kopernika 46 And 46A In Olsztyn (In Short: Basic Order) With Authors Supervision As An Option Right. 2. The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service As Part Of The Basic Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of An Architectural And Construction Inventory Of The Building Located At Ul. Kopernika 46 In Olsztyn,2) Extension Of The Existing Architectural Concept Developed For The Building At Ul. Kopernika 46A, To The Neighboring Building, I.E. The Building At Ul. Kopernika 46, While Maintaining Functional, Spatial And Technical Coherence, Including Updating The Costs Of The Storey Extension And Possible Updating Or Obtaining A New Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment For The Building At Ul. Kopernika 46A In The Event Of Resignation From The Extension Of A Storey, Unless A Decision Can Be Obtained For The Entire Investment Project, 3) Applying For A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment For The Entire Investment Project Including The Buildings At Ul. Kopernika 46 And 46A In Olsztyn Or For The Building At Ul. Kopernika 46, If Required By The Scope Of Work Of The Subject Of The Order, 4) Development Of Full Documentation, Including: Construction Design, Detailed Design, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb) And An Investors Cost Estimate For The Entire Investment Project, 5) Obtaining A Building Permit Decision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party For The Entire Investment Project Including The Buildings At Ul. Kopernika 46 And 46A In Olsztyn.3.Providing A Comprehensive Service Including Option Rights Within The Meaning Of Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law Covers In Particular The Exercise Of Authors Supervision Within The Scope Specified In Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law, During The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Documentation.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Basic Order And For The Order Using The Option Right Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
