Priest Paweł Janika 12. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In This Chapter And In Annex No. 6, 7, 7A, 8, 9 To The Swz. 2. Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 131 Section 2 Points 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Requires The Contractor To Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Area Covered By The Order Before Submitting The Offer.3. The Ordering Party Informs That An On-Site Visit Is Obligatory And Failure To Participate In This Activity Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18. The Site Inspection Will Be Possible From Monday To Friday Between 8:00 A.M. And 2:00 P.M. - After Prior Arrangement Of The Exact Date With Maj. The Details, Requirements Regarding The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of A Person Under An Employment Contract, The Ordering Partys Control Rights And Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements Referred To In Point 5 Above, Have Been Specified In Detail In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Procurement Contract (Annex No. 6 To The Swz).
