Task 1. Renovation Of County Roads Located In The Municipality Of Wołczyn, Divided Into 2 Sections As Follows: Section 1. Renovation Of The District Road No. 1346 O Wąsice - Brynica Section 2. Renovation Of The District Road No. 1348 O Ligota Wołczyńska - Karłowice - Dw 457 As Part Of Task No. 1 - Construction Works Will Consist In Cutting The Roadsides, Cleaning The Road, Laying A Leveling Layer And A 4 Cm Thick Wearing Course Of Asphalt Concrete, Making Roadsides From Crushed Aggregate, Replacing The Existing Vertical Markings And Replacing Barriers On The Existing Culvert. Additionally, The Stoppers And Surface Should Be Replaced On Parts Of The Hardened Exits Along The Road Being Renovated. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Included In: Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities, Bid Cost Estimates And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annexes/Integral Part Of The Swz. Due To The Fact That The Ordering Party, Based On Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The So-Called Right Of Option, The Subject Of The Order For Each Of Parts 1 And 2 Was Divided Into: Guaranteed Scope And Non-Guaranteed Optional Scope.
