1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Climbing Wall In Building No. 1 Located In The Military Complex In Rzeszów At Ul. Lwowska 5. Scope Of Work: 1) Preparation Of An Executive Design For The Installation Of A Climbing Wall;2) Dismantling Of The Old Climbing Wall Along With Waste Disposal;3) Delivery And Assembly Of A Complete Path Made With A Deviation Of 60 Cm At The Highest Point (Structure, Panels, Holds, Etc.) 4) Delivery And Assembly Of Complete Paths Made Without Deviation At The Highest Point (Structures, Panels, Holds, Etc.);5) Delivery And Assembly Of A Shelf (Balcony) Outside Path No. 3;6) Construction Of Safety Posts;7) Construction Of A Stand For Attaching A Point To The Construction Of A Bridge;8) Certificate Allowing The Wall To Be Used, Along With As-Built Documentation.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Stwiorb (Annex No. 5 To The Swz).3.The Draft Provisions Of The Contract With Annexes (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) Constitute An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4.The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Construction Site Upon Taking Over.5.The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing, Throughout Their Duration, Works In The Scope Of: 1) Renovation Works On The Climbing Wall; 6.During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Perform Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Fulfillment By Him Or A Subcontractor Of The Requirement To Employ Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Above Under An Employment Contract. Detailed Inspection Activities Are Described In §1 Section 8-10 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 4 To The Swz).
